White Label Page

This article walks through the White Label section of your Carrier Admin Dashboard. It is written for carrier admins and program managers who use the dashboard to monitor enrollments, manage agents, and maintain your branded experience.

The White Label section is the first section you see after signing in to your dashboard at https://www.healthsherpa.com/carriers/[your-carrier-slug]. The tabs available to you depend on your user role and your carrier's configuration.

The White Label section is your primary workspace for managing on-exchange and off-exchange business submitted through your branded HealthSherpa site. It is organized into six tabs, each covered below.

Overview

The Overview tab is your landing page and gives you an at-a-glance read on White Label performance. Key metrics include Enrollments, Leads, and Gross Annual Premium, and you can filter results by day, week, or month.

You can also download reports directly from this tab. Available exports include Leads, Enrollments, Follow-ups, and Off-Exchange Applications (if off-exchange is enabled for your account).

On-Ex Applications

The On-Ex Applications tab lists every on-exchange application submitted through your White Label. You can search applications and filter by state, document status, or payment status.

Click any applicant's name to open their full Client Dashboard, where you can review policy status, documents, and Marketplace notices for that consumer.

Agents

The Agents tab is where you manage the agents associated with your White Label. From this tab you can add new agents, search by name or NPN, view agent details, disable or re-enable accounts, and reset passwords.

Agencies

The Agencies tab shows the agencies associated with your agent accounts. For each agency you can view the agency owner, NPN, join code, and enrollment totals.

Branding

The Branding tab controls your White Label's look and feel. White Label Admins can configure your logo, color palette, and the consumer-facing landing page experience.

Optional features such as a custom URL (URL masking) and a custom no-reply email address (email masking) are configured during onboarding. Contact your Account Manager if you are interested in enabling them.

Agent Performance

The Agent Performance tab provides a visual report of agent performance, with trend data for enrollment volume down to the county level. Use it to see which agents and geographies are driving your White Label enrollments.
